How do I access the statistics for my website?

Helm Statistics

Within Helm you are able to view the bandwidth usage of your web sites, which shows the amount of data downloaded from your site and gives an indication of the popularity of your site compared with other days.

You can view these statistics by selecting the Statistics icon under any package or domain.

AWStats

AWStats is an advanced log statistics tool available to customers who have this option with their package. It displays a number of reports detailing visits to your sites, destination pages, referring sites, geographic locations etc.

How to install AWStats:

• Go to your Control Panel and find the domain your wish to install AWStats on to, by selecting Domains > yourdomain.co.uk. Click the Statistics icon for this domain. You will then see the basic bandwidth graphs but with an additional section: "Advanced Statistics"

• Click the "Install" button next to AWStats to install AWStats on your domain.

• You can then click the link "Click Here to View Stats" and there you have it.
